Chris has spent 11 years covering a wide range of companies in the specialty retail landscape and the ecommerce space for Cleveland Research Company. His coverage includes Amazon, automotive aftermarket, consumer electronics, footwear, health & beauty, home goods & furnishings, office supply, recreation & power sports and sporting goods sectors. Prior to joining Cleveland Research, Chris served as a Financial Advisor within the Retirement Benefits Group of AXA Equitable where he implemented and managed qualified retirement plans for individuals serving in the public sector as well as those employed by various charitable and non-profit organizations. Chris is a 2005 graduate of Ashland University with a dual major in Communication and Finance.

As the Acsellerate training team manager, Stephanie has provided ongoing education and guidance to Acsellerate customers for the past 9 years, enhancing the value and utilization of the application. This role allows her to analyze our customers’ training needs and offer specialized courses designed to support their goals.  Stephanie has an extensive background in the office products industry, bringing more than 13 years of experience to Acsellerate and customers.  She has a degree from the University of Toledo and in her free time, likes to travel with her husband, be outdoors and try new restaurants.

Stephen recently joined Office Depot to lead the Business Solutions Division, which is comprised of all contract business including the Federation strategy.  He brings with him an abundance of experience leading dynamic sales organizations that focus on driving high-impact revenue growth while increasing customer satisfaction.  Prior to joining Office Depot, Stephen served as the SVP, North American Sales and Marketing for XPO Logistics.

Chip started in the office products industry as a sales rep and worked his way up to President/Co-owner at WJ Saunders & Co. While with Saunders, Chip was a founder and board member of the independent dealer buying group, Basicnet. In 1996, Chip and his wife sold WJ Saunders to USOP at which time Chip became the Regional Quarterback. Shortly thereafter, Chip left the industry and decided to pursue his passion for teaching. He became an adjunct faculty member at a local college and taught an entrepreneurial class.

Chip’s love of office supplies never left him, and in 2004 he came back as President at local Chicago independent dealer, Logsdon. However, the entrepreneurial itch lingered, and in 2007 the Pikes purchased Feller and Sons in Bensenville, IL at which point it became Feller Business Solutions. In 2009, the company was rebranded to Twist Office Products and has since become Twist Office Partners, as Twist competes in more than just traditional office products.

Chip is very active in the OP industry and continues to be a leader in the independent dealer community. Chip has served on the Board of Managers for Trimega’s national account program as well as other advisory roles. Chip received his BA from University of St. Thomas in St Paul, MN. Married for 36 years, Chip remains active in his family and the community. He currently resides in Bloomingdale, IL.

Bill Snowden, VP of Business Development

Bill recently joined G2 to lead the Business Development efforts at G2.  The focus has been on helping brands, retailers, distributors/rep firms and master licensors solve the biggest & fastest growing dilemma on B2B and B2C global marketplaces:  How to identify MAP issues, eliminate unauthorized sellers and remove counterfeit products.  The result is cleaning up the marketplaces, driving sales to authorized sellers, increasing average selling price, reducing counterfeit and ultimately protecting the power of your brand.  Bill’s background as entrepreneur/founder and executive in the fashion footwear industry has given him first-hand experience and appreciation on the value of brands.  It also provided global travel including a 3yr assignment in Taiwan, covering China and SE Asia.  He lives in Seattle, WA and is a graduate of the University of Washington.

Mike Tucker, President & CEO

Mike Tucker serves as the President & CEO of NOPA. Prior to this role in NOPA, he served on IOPFDA's Board of Directors while working as president/owner of George W. Allen / EZ Print Supplies. During that time, Mike was also actively involved on the NOPA Government Advocacy Committee and has testified before Congress on several occasions.

Early in Mike’s career he began focusing his efforts on sales and marketing to the federal government. He negotiated contracts and managed federal sales teams for all the companies he worked with. Mike has negotiated national purchase agreements with numerous federal agencies for everything from supplies to furniture and speaks frequently to groups on strategies for selling the federal government.

Over the last year Mike has dedicated his efforts to becoming a subject matter expert on Amazon and educating NOPA members and helping them protect their businesses from the internet giant.

Andy is a 44 year veteran of the Toy Industry. Beginning his career at the Milton Bradley Company in 1975. During his time at MB, Andy held various jobs in administration and ultimately ended up in their sales force. When he left Milton Bradley in 1983 he held the position of Southwest Regional Sales Manager with primary responsibility for Walmart Stores.

Since the fall of 1983 Andy has served the industry as a manufactures representative in the central and upper Midwest. Having started with Dan Buckey Associates that firm later morphed into Toyn’naround, headquartered in Minneapolis. Over the past 36 years he has participated in the launch of several major toy brands, including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Tech Deck and Squinkies. His firm today continues to represent several iconic brands that include Turtles, Pokémon, Cabbage Patch Dolls and Crazy Art as well as emerging brands like Basic Fun and Ryan’s World from Bonkers Toys.

Andy has an extensive background in nonprofit board work. He has held the position of chairman of Make A Wish MN and at Children’s Cancer Research Fund. (The largest contributor to Pediatric medicine at the University of MN). In addition, he currently serves on the Philanthropic Board of the U of M Masonic Children’s Hospital and is a Director for the Western Golf Association (Evans Scholars Foundation). Andy also currently is serving his first term as a member of the Board of Directors of the Toy Association and the Toy Industry Foundation.

Andy graduated from University of Harford with a BA and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with his MBA. Married 40 years to wife Marci his life revolves around his daughters Melissa and Halley and his 4 grandchildren.

Bryan Wight, Senior Vice President, Business Solutions Division

Bryan joined Office Depot on December 3rd, 2018.  In his current role he is leading Office Depot’s Federation strategy, which uniquely combines Independent Dealers under one efficient model that eliminates redundancies and drives out costs thus creating greater profits and an enhanced ability to compete in our dynamically changing market.  Prior to his 6 months with Office Depot, Bryan spent 15 years with SPR.  During that time he served multiple roles and held various leadership positions.
