No refunds for cancellations will be provided. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute. If you are requesting a substitution, please email BSA Headquarters. If your substitution is a non-member and you paid for a member registration, an invoice will be created for the difference in registration prices. It is the responsibility of the original registrant to pay the invoice. Airline and rental car cancellations must be made by the registrant. No substitutions can be made after Monday, March 21, 2022.
