Xerox Authorized Federal Channel Partner Supply Program
The Xerox Authorized Federal Channel Partner Supply Program(“Program”) is available to a select group of channel partners that closely align themselves with Xerox in an effort to support Federal sales activities for Genuine Xerox brand supplies purchased from Xerox’s U.S. Authorized Distributors. Channel partners that meet the Program requirements may enroll by signing this document and adhering to the terms below.
This Program document details the benefits and eligibility requirements of the Xerox Authorized Federal Channel Partner Supply Program.
Benefits:
- Channel Partner will be identified as a Xerox Authorized Federal Supplies Channel Partner for purposes of GSA’s updated Letter of Supply requirement for certain Toner Manufacturers under “MAS SIN 75-200 for Office Products”, and the newly enhanced “SIN 75-220 for Office Products & Services/OS4”.
- Dedicated Federal Supplies Partner Manager that will have primary responsibility for managing the relationship and act as a single point of contact for all Federal supply sales matters.
- Qualifying Partners may receive temporary discounted pricing on Federal government sales of certain skus via our SME process. Qualifying Partners are defined as those who have sold at least $25,000 (1)to Federal agencies in the previous 12 months.

Program Requirements:
In order to be eligible for the Program, Channel Partners must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must be a registered member of the Xerox Global Partner Program (1).
- Must purchase genuine Xerox brand supplies only from Xerox’s U.S. Authorized Distributors.
- Must require that Xerox’s U.S. Authorized Distributors drop ship supplies that are purchased by Channel Partner directly to Federal end users. Xerox brand supplies may not be shipped to Channel Partner.
- Must have a proven track record of successfully selling genuine Xerox brand supplies to Federal Government Agencies in the previous 12months(minimum of $25,000 (2)).New Channel Partners requesting enrollment should be prepared to provide Xerox with documentation of prior sales to Federal agencies.
Channel Partner Responsibilities:
The following activities are required to remain in the Program:
- Identify an internal employee to be the primary point person for developing the Xerox relationship and for achieving the goals and objectives of this Program.
- Meet quarterly in person or by phone with Xerox to review goals and objectives.
- Upon request for audit, be prepared to provide Point of Sale (POS) reporting to Xerox. POS reports must contain the following: Xerox’s Part Number Quantity (Number of units purchased) Unit Price Sold to Federal Customer Customer Agency Name Bureau/Sub-Agency Level 1
- For FSSI OS3, OS4,and GSA Schedule 75 contract holders, sales volume data submitted to Xerox via audit process must match volumes submitted to GSA.
- Channel partner must sell only genuine Xerox brand supplies purchased directly from a Xerox U. S. Authorized Distributor.
- Channel partner must deliver a minimum of $25,000(1 )of Xerox supplies sales volume annually to Federal Government agencies.
Xerox Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner will be identified to GSA as a Xerox Authorized Federal Channel Partner.
- Dedicated Federal Supplies Partner Manager will be assigned who will have primary responsibility for managing the relationship and will act as a single point of contact.
Xerox Authorized Federal Supply Program Terms and Conditions:
- All supplies must be purchased from a Xerox U.S. Authorized Distributor. Channel Partners who purchase from an unauthorized source will be terminated from the Program immediately.
- Authorized Federal Channel Partners will be reviewed at the end of each calendar year. Channel Partners that fail to meet the minimum sales requirements of the program may be removed from the Program.
- Participation in this Program may be terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice.
- Xerox reserves the right to change and modify this Program and the associated discounted pricing for Qualifying Partners as market conditions and overall results change. Qualifying Partners who receive discounted pricing may only advertise these discounts as Temporary Price Reductions (TPRs) on GSA Advantage, with the understanding that discount levels are reviewed and may change each calendar quarter.

2. Previous 12 months’ $25,000 minimum sales requirement sold to Federal agencies, based on List Price x 65% for Standard Office Supplies and Xerox Replacement Cartridges, and List Price x 61% for Advanced Office Supplies.
