ECI Promotes Johnson to Top Marketing Role

(May 7, 2020) Long-serving executive Traci Johnson has been named Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at leading business software provider ECI.

Johnson has been with ECI for almost two decades, having joined it in 2000 following the acquisition of office products systems provider DDMS, where she had been working since 1989. She was named of VP of DDMS and then President of Britannia, the competitor of DDMS that ECI bought in 2006.

In 2009, she moved to ECI’s corporate leadership team as SVP of Global Corporate Marketing, and in 2018 took on the role of SVP of Global Communication and Brand where she led the recent rebranding process.

“Traci has built an impressive career here at ECI, bringing talent, leadership, a positive attitude and an unwavering dedication to our company and customers with every role she’s held,” said CEO Ron Books.

ECI confirmed that former CMO Leslie Bodnar has left the company. - (OPI)
