Zebra Pen Opens Hungary Base

(September 13, 2021) - Writing instruments manufacturer Zebra Pen is using its new branch in Hungary as a launchpad to increase its presence in continental Europe.

The Hungarian location – which includes warehouse and logistics activities – was established at the end of last year and is being run under the supervision of Zebra’s UK subsidiary. The local team is led by Operations Manager Szilvia Lázár, who has been involved in the Hungarian stationery industry for the past 20 years. They are supported by executives at the Japanese headquarters and Andy Hales, Managing Director of Zebra Pen UK.

Lázár said the physical presence in Europe helped Zebra stay in touch with its trading partners on a daily basis. (Zebra Pen)
